Step 1: Meeting and Tour

• Parents and students will attend a scheduled meeting at Holy Family.  The meeting and tour typically last 20-30 minutes.  Families may contact the school office at 785-234-8980 to arrange a meeting.
• During your meeting, you will take a tour of the school, meet the principal, and talk to the Enrollment Manager about the enrollment process, tuition, and applying for financial aid.  
• At this time, you will be given an enrollment packet to complete and return to the school.  You may also complete your enrollment online ahead of your appointment.     

• In order to be enrolled and ensure a spot for your child, all paperwork must be turned in to the school office or completed online AND the enrollment fee paid in full.  
• All families must pay a non-refundable enrollment fee.  Until this fee is paid, your child is not considered enrolled and a spot in the class cannot be guaronteed.  To avoid being placed on a waitlist, you must turn in the enrollment fee and all required paperwork (as listed above).

• The only exception made to the enrollment fee is if there is a current waitlist.  If you are placed on a waitlist, you do not need to pay the enrollment fee UNLESS a spot becomes open and you want to enroll your child. 

• There are several financial aid options for new families.  You will find this information in your enrollment packet.  
• Families interested in applying for financial aid must apply and include their most recent tax return information or two of your most recent pay stubs.  These forms are required to process your application.  Information from your application helps us and the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) determine if you are elegible for financial aid.
• There are deadline dates for financial aid applications.  We highly encourage families to submit their application as soon as possible.  

• We will need to receive a referral for all middle school students transferring from another school.  This referral should come from the students' previous teacher, councelor, or principal.  

• To receive the in-parish tuition rate, you should be or become a registered, actively contributing parishioner at one of our supporting parishes: Sacred Heart-St. Joseph or Our Lady of Guadalupe
• If you are a parishioner at a parish that is not one of our supporting parishes, you will not receive the in-parish tuition rate.
